PwC UK Promotes 63 To Partner — Here Are The Names

The Big Four consulting firm PwC has promoted 63 new partners, with its deals actually received largely by new partners in a booming M&A market.

The company has increased the number of equity partners it advertises to nearly 10%, up from 58 last year.

PwC added 18 more partners to its trading pool, representing almost a third of the total cohort, in what the company says reflects a robust trading market.

45% of the new partners are women and 13% are ethnic minorities, the company said in a June 24 statement.

When the promotion goes into effect on July 1, 23% of the company’s partners will be female and 11% will be ethnic minorities.

PwC aims to have 30% female partners and 15% ethnic minority partners by 2025.

Last week, the company said it plans to invest $1.2 billion in the UK over the next three to four years, with plans to create 4,000 new jobs, bringing the company’s head of staff from 22,000 to 26,000.
